We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and detail-oriented Accounting and Admin Associate to join our Vietnam team, based in Ho Chi Minh. You will interact with the local team and Lalamove Headquarters in Hong Kong and are expected to provide local and regional administrative, accounting and operational support to ensure smooth running of all lines of business. No two days are ever the same. This role suits someone who can adapt to change, with lots of energy and meticulous attention-to-detail.
- Daily manage and report the Cash flow (petty cash, bank account, partner) to manager
- Acting as Payable, receivable accountant (vendors, users, drivers)
- Reconciliation: AR, AP, Cash, Bank on system
- PrepareCIT/VAT/PIT return.
- Working with other team to control and support in payment request, orders, purchasing. Deposit cash into company’s bank account 1-2 weeks per time.
- Input transaction into Xero accounting software
- Office management and administrative functions as needed.

- Knowledge of local tax regulations a plus

- Knowledge and understanding of web and mobile technologies
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English preferable (writing and reading)
- Microsoft Excel skills
